Stephen R. Hunt

Stephen (Steve) R. Hunt, Esq., was born in Dayton, Ohio and has practiced law for more than 40 years. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (B.B.A., cum laude, 1977) and the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D., 1980).

Steve is a partner in the real estate department, and over the years has handled a wide variety of legal matters and now concentrates his practice in the areas of condominium law, commercial real estate law, and corporate law, zoning, planning and development.

His clients include large corporations, developers, homebuilders, and numerous homeowners and condominium associations.

Steve has an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and since 2007 has been listed in editions of Super Lawyers. He has also been named a Best Lawyer for Real Estate Law since 2006 including, Lawyer of the Year in 2012.

Steve is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, Commonwealth of Kentucky, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, and is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Talbert House of Cincinnati.
