Richard (Rick) A. Paolo, Esq., has more than 32 years of experience in real estate law; real estate financing; administrative law, including zoning and planning and road access law; legislative and governmental affairs; and general corporate law. He has served as the firm’s managing partner since 2004 and is the head of the real estate department.
He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (B.A., 1979, cum laude with honors) and the University of Cincinnati College of Law (J.D., 1982). Prior to joining this firm, Rick was a licensed title agent with several major title insurance underwriters, and organized and was responsible for the operation of two title agencies with his former law firms.
His clients include local, regional and national clients in their acquisition, development, rezoning, and sale of real estate. Rick has an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He is the author of a treatise on Ohio mechanics’ lien law, Couse’s Ohio Form Book, 6th Ed., and is a frequent speaker on the topics of real estate development and financing.
Rick, a native Cincinnatian, is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations, and a member of the Board of Trustees of St. Ursula Academy and Board of Trustees of the Ursulines of Cincinnati Charitable Trust.
