Carey K. Steffen, Esq. earned her law degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 1999 and became a licensed attorney in 2000. For the past 20 years she has practiced residential and commercial real estate law, title insurance claims defense, litigation and foreclosure. In 2014, Carey became a graduate of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers.
Carey has been a board member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association since 2013 and currently serves as their Immediate Past President. As an active member of NKBA, Carey works with other attorneys in their attorney mentoring program, #MATCH. She is also a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association Admissions Committee and serves as Secretary of their Real Property Law Committee.
Certified by the Ohio State Bar Association, Carey is a specialist in Residential Real Property Law and currently is serving a four-year term on their Real Property Specialty Board.
Carey is licensed in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana, as well as U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern District of Kentucky, and Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.
