Firm’s Litigators Present at Seminar in Federal Courts

On August 26, Patrick M. O’Neill and Edward P. Akin presented in Cincinnati, Ohio for the National Business Institute (“NBI”) for a continuing legal education seminar titled, “Rules and Procedures for Federal Court Success.” They addressed attorneys and other professionals on topics including preparing for success in the federal court system, pretrial procedures, maintaining an ethical practice, and understanding local rules of the federal courts.

Mr. O’Neill was also recently selected to join the American Bar Association’s Forum on the Construction Industry’s Divisions of Bonds, Liens and Insurance and Contract Documents.
