We Congratulate Mark W. Reis on His Retirement!
Mark W. Reis took an unusual path to practicing attorney, but AR&H and our clients were fortunate to benefit from his legal acumen and professionalism.
After teaching high school biology and physics, Mark switched his focus to the law. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1983 and joined AR&H the same year.
As partner, Mark represented clients with distinction in a variety of legal areas, including:
- Corporate law
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Probate administration
- Wills and trusts/estate planning
- Municipal finance law
- Taxation and securities
Managing Partner Richard A. Paolo says that Mark set the standard for who a successful attorney should be on a daily basis.
“Mark was a critical thinker, excellent writer and communicator, and responsive advocate – with the highest integrity and ethics. We will miss his mentorship at AR&H, but we know his retirement will be as successful as his legal career.”
All of us at AR&H thank Mark for his dedication and service. We wish him the best as he begins his next adventure.
