Kevin L. Swick

Kevin L. Swick, Esq., was born in Detroit, Michigan and has been practicing law for more than 39 years. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati (B.A., 1978) and the University of Dayton School of Law (J.D., 1981). While in law school, Kevin served as Associate Editor of the University of Dayton Law Review.

Kevin is a partner and serves as the head of the litigation department. He focuses his practice on trial advocacy and has been involved in numerous jury trials, arbitrations and mediations in a wide variety of cases, including complex litigation. He is published frequently in the areas of evidence and trial practice.

Kevin is admitted to practice in Ohio, Kentucky, Florida and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio and Florida Bar Associations. He is a founding member of the Hamilton County Trial Lawyers Association. He has formerly served on the Loveland City Council, the City of Loveland Charter Review Commission and the Loveland Board of Education Funding Review Commission.
