Daniel A. Perry, Esq., has practiced law for more than eight years. He is a graduate of Holy Cross (Associate’s, 2003), Purdue University (B.A., 2006) and the University of Dayton (J.D., 2010). At the University of Dayton, Daniel focused on estate planning, taxation, securities law and transactional law.

A member of the Ohio and Tennessee bars, Daniel works with individuals and families in the areas of estate planning, estate settlement, probate administration and elder law to help protect their assets. He also practices business law to help small- to medium-sized business owners take their companies to the next level.

He previously worked as an attorney and counselor at law in Nashville, TN. Daniel and his wife, Catherine, have two children, William and Landon. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys running, creative writing and American Civil War history.
