Firm Announces Its Newest Member

Aronoff, Rosen & Hunt, LPA is proud to announce Edward (Pete) P. Akin, Esq., has been elevated to partner. Mr. Akin is a member of the litigation department, where he has distinguished himself in his practice of civil, commercial and construction-related litigation. His clients include builders in construction-related disputes and civil ligation in a wide range of cases, including labor and employment disputes, intellectual property and occasionally personal injury.

Recent noteworthy achievements include a successful appeal on behalf of a client in a real estate easement abandonment case (Harvest Land v. Mills, 12th District Ct. App. 2008), successfully defending a commercial leaseholder in a declaratory judgment action (Hamilton County 2008), and securing payment for a subcontractor on a federal air force base project through the Miller Act, 2008.

Pete is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and Commonwealth of Kentucky and is a member of the Cincinnati and Ohio State Bar Associations.
