CiTiRAMA Showcases Woodlawn Oct. 7-15
Aronoff, Rosen and Hunt is proud to be a key player in bringing CiTiRAMA to Woodlawn, October 7-15. CiTiRAMA is an economic development tour de force and local tradition. This year, it spotlights the Village of Woodlawn with the 43-single family Woodlawn Meadows development.
Co-sponsored by the Home Builders Association (HBA) and the City of Cincinnati, CiTiRAMA promotes one of the city’s 52 neighborhoods with the help of developer The Thomas J. Ackermann Company and Aronoff, Rosen & Hunt.
“The Woodlawn Council had a vision for what they wanted, and they had the foresight and the courage to reach out to the private sector,” says Ackermann. “As a developer, that’s where you want to go. You want to work with an engaged community.”
Ackermann collaborated with multiple AR&H attorneys to facilitate the development and approval process.
“AR&H has the level of expertise and service necessary for this complicated development and approval process: Richard Paolo and I developed the financing structure, Stephen Hunt lent his real estate expertise, Tina Donnelly closed the deal and Edmonde DeGregorio resolved any title issues,” he says.
CiTiRAMA, in its 14th year, spurs additional development and provides overall benefits to the entire community, including home price bumps, increased tax revenues, and more restaurant diners and shoppers.
“We are thrilled to help CiTiRAMA boost development in Cincinnati again this year,” says AR&H Managing Partner Richard Paolo. “As a practice, we have more than 150 years in real estate and construction experience, and this is an important way to use our expertise and give back to the community.”
CiTiRAMA is open to the public from October 7-15 at 10050 Woodlawn Blvd., Cincinnati, OH 45215. For more information about special events and the tax abatement program, visit the CiTiRAMA website.
